Based in Market Harborough, we've been supporting individuals and families across Leicestershire with high-quality home care, dementia support and supported living services for years.
What started as a commitment to providing person-centred care has grown into a trusted local care provider, supporting young people transitioning to independence, adults needing help at home, and families caring for loved ones with complex needs. We remain proudly local, understanding the unique needs of our Leicestershire community whilst maintaining the highest national standards of care.

Our team is our greatest strength. Every Xcel Homes carer is carefully recruited, thoroughly trained and genuinely passionate about supporting people to live their best lives.
From our care coordinators to our frontline carers, everyone at Xcel Homes shares the same commitment to excellent, compassionate care. All our carers complete comprehensive induction training covering:

- Dementia awareness and specialist dementia care

- Food hygiene and nutrition

Many of our carers hold Level 2 or Level 3 Diplomas in Health and Social Care, and we actively support team members who want to progress their careers in care.
